    Terapie komórkami macierzystymi

    Celem bankowania komórek macierzystych jest ich późniejsze wykorzystanie w terapii. Krew pępowinowa została zastosowana po raz pierwszy w 1988 roku, a od tego czasu – zgodnie z dostępnymi danymi – komórki macierzyste zostały użyte na świecie ponad 85 000 razy (łącznie ze statystykami z Chin).

    Grupa FamiCord przechowuje ponad 1 000 000 porcji komórek różnych typów i dostarczyła komórki macierzyste do zastosowań klinicznych dla ponad 7000 pacjentów. Dostarczamy komórki do standardowych przeszczepień (z krwi pępowinowej, szpiku kostnego i mobilizowanej krwi obwodowej) oraz do terapii komórkowych. Ponadto wytwarzamy produkty komórkowe w standardzie GMP (ang. Good Manufacturing Practice) do badań klinicznych.

    Komórki macierzyste pochodzące z naszych laboratoriów były wykorzystywane w leczeniu pacjentów z chorobami i wskazaniami z różnych obszarów terapeutycznych – m.in. hematologii, neurologii, okulistyki, ortopedii i dermatologii.
