Współpraca od samego początku układa się znakomicie zaczynając od pierwszego spotkania z pracownikiem PBKM, który kompleksowo wyjaśnił na czym polega umowa z jego firmą, jak wygląda pobranie materiału oraz jak jest bankowany, aż do kontaktu konsultanta w celu przedłużenia umowy i tu pragnę podkreślić, iż kompetencja konsultantów jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Pani, która się z nami kontaktowała potrafiła nam bez jakiego kolwiek problemu wyjaśnić i wytłumaczyć warunki umowy na kolejny jej okres. Dodatkowo duży plus za czytelność jak i intuicyjność strony internetowej po której bez problemu można się poruszać i dokonywać płatności za abonament.
